  • The Impact Physical Therapy staff is also available to present informative sessions to youth sports, corporate, and other groups and events regarding preventative stretching and strengthening programs, and posture improvement for healthy living. Please contact one of our offices for more information or to schedule us for one of your events.

  • Most insurance require a referral from the members primary care, check with the receptionist or your insurance company to verify.

  • For the initial visit, and follow up appointment's respectively allow 1 hour. To speed up the initial visit, you can print the online forms and bring them with you.

  • Patients are seen by appointments, although walk in patients will be accommodated when the schedule allows. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours. The usual wait time for patients with appointments is less than 10 minutes.

  • Bring your ID card, insurance card, medication list and script from your doctor.

  • Our therapist will perform an evaluation, they will discuss your diagnosis in depth, providing you with a treatment plain which they believe will give you most beneficial outcome. We ask you to wear loose fitting clothes, that are easy to move in. You will also be provided with a home exercise program.
