DO YOU PROVIDE OFFSITE SERVICES?

The Impact Physical Therapy staff is also available to present informative sessions to youth sports, corporate, and other groups and events regarding preventative stretching and strengthening programs, and posture improvement for healthy living. Please contact one of our offices for more information or to schedule us for one of your events.

I HAVE MEDICARE, HOW MUCH DOES IT PAY?

For the year 2017 Medicare allows $1980.00 for the calendar year. Medicare pays 80% after satisfying the $18300 deductible, leaving the patient responsible for 20% of the allowable charge.

WHEN WILL I GET A BILL ?

Monthly statements are mailed out on the 15th of every month.

DO YOU HAVE WEEKEND APPOINTMENTS?

No, Impact is open Monday - Friday 8:00 - 5:00

DO I NEED A REFERRAL FROM MY PRIMARY CARE?

Most insurance require a referral from the members primary care, check with the receptionist or your insurance company to verify.

HOW LONG ARE THE APPOINTMENTS?

For the initial visit, and follow up appointment's respectively allow 1 hour. To speed up the initial visit, you can print the online forms and bring them with you.

DO I NEED AN APPOINTMENT OR CAN I JUST WALK IN?

Patients are seen by appointments, although walk in patients will be accommodated when the schedule allows. Appointments can be scheduled by calling the office during normal business hours. The usual wait time for patients with appointments is less than 10 minutes.

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING FOR MY FIRST VISIT?

Bring your ID card, insurance card, medication list and script from your doctor.

WHAT CAN I EXPECT ON MY FIRST VISIT?

Our therapist will perform an evaluation, they will discuss your diagnosis in depth, providing you with a treatment plain which they believe will give you most beneficial outcome. We ask you to wear loose fitting clothes, that are easy to move in. You will also be provided with a home exercise program.
